spudder when the A\C is on HELP ??

spudder when the A\C is on HELP ??
I've developed a spudder when I put my A\C on and I'm at highway speed . it almost feels like 3k hesatation or like it is getting to much gas or not enough spark ?? really frustrated
I found one of my wires was off( top left )
I pushed on the boot " click " I thought that was it . NOPE
I reset the ECU by disco the battery and stepping on the break ! It seemed ok untill I put the air back on !
It's been hot like 90 every day !
any body have any idea what is causing this ???
