With FULL exhaust (ie No Cat) You need an ECU Upgrade and should run NGK BUR9EQP (stock Trailing Plugs) in all four (Leading & Trailing) positions- for over 16psi boost you need to go to Race Plugs (10's & 11"s). For a cat Back & DP stock 7's&9's are ok, unless you are driving the car hard (ie Open Track, HDPE, Autocross) then run All 9's. 9's in the Leading position will foul driving on the street w/ stock boost and a cat equiped exhaust.

I think he has a reprogrammed ecu, I don't know what thats good for though. Just check out the ngk and get the plugs colder than the reguilar stage, the make the car run smoother (atleast they did for my dsm, haven't tried on the rex yet)
