Question sooooo weird...

I've replaced my "right rear, sway bar link" with brand new one 3 months ago because it was broken off.

Recently, I was under the car and realized that it was broken again!!!

I do not race or put it on track. what can cause this?
or has anyone experienced the broken link?

Has your car ever been hit on that side? Take it back to where you got it from with the recuept and complain that it broke so soon.

Could the sway bar itself be positioned wrong? Possibly putting extra stress on the right rear link?

Is your car lowered a considerable amount? This can change the geometry of the bar and put extra stress on it.

Make sure the swaybar is properly centered. It should have rubber stoppers on each end to keep it from moving side ot side. If not aligned correctly, it is possible for the swaybar to make contact with the lower control arm.

I have sway bar mount which is not oem. These mounts i have is much harder/stiff conpared to the stock mounts. This could be causing more stress towards the link, but i dont think people who have stronger swaybar would have this problem constantly...

the link and everything else is placed right.

Only thing I realized recently which maybe related to this problem is that everytime I make hard turns, my right rear makes this "knock knock" sounds....maybe the diff.....i dont know.

The bar slides sideways and breaks the link. Fix the bar so that it does not slide and you will stop breaking links. The bar should have some collars or something on it so that it can't slide.
