Question smoking from turbo..

OK, my car has been sitting @ the bodyshop for a month now. I started it today(after checking all the fluids)and had some smoke coming from the turbos. My ? is, would they be smoking because my car has sat there for so long? It also ran out of gaas while they were moving it, so they put regular unleaded in it. At first when i started it up , it felt sluggish when i pushed the accelorator(i havent drove it yet,so i dont know how its responding yet) Has anyone had this problem with their cars sitting for so long?? Or do i need to worry....?

1) Do not boost until that regular gas is used up. Or drain it and refill the tank.

2) Smoking is normal anytime the exhaust / turbos is worked on. The reason is oils and residue get on stuff and take a little time to burn off. Perhaps the painting process got some stuff on them.
