I cant figure out what is wrong with my 93 rx7 just got it, the guy i got it from removed the emission systems, im having trouble with the fans some where it has a short so they never turn on, its got a pretty rough idle like a misfire, and it smokin pretty bad its white smoke but its not lacking any coolant, i do see some smoke from the flange of the manifold where the turbo sits, could that mean the turbos are no good?? Any help would really be helpful alot....

 

could be turbo coolant line if its coming from that area - if its coming out your exhaust your coolant seals could be on their way out.
