SMOKE from turbo area during startup on cold mornings?

hey,
this is my first winter with an fd3s in canada. i plan on keep driving till it snows. But over the last two days i have had smoke coming from the turbo area after a cold night. Im not sure where exactly the smoke is coming from but it goes away after a few minutes. Is this common? is there a fix? should i be worried?
thanks

Make real sure it's not coolant leaking onto the hot turbos. Have the turbo coolant hoses been replaced recently? A pinhole leak can quickly become a burst hose (and that can lead to bad engines)

probably the turbo coolant hoses. i had the same thing on cold mornings and when i looked the hose was so close to bursting it was ridiculous. check it before it becomes a real problem.
