CA Smoke on High Rev

My fd blows smoke only on high rev (around 4k and above) when stationary. I have tried to drive it hard and see if the same thing can happen, but it doesnt seem to repeat itself. Maybe because Im speeding away and smoke dissipates after that.

I considered the possibility of oil control ring going bad on me but I don't want to rule that out yet. I will try to check and possibly eliminate the pcv valve and see what happens from there.

Also, my secondary turbo leaks, more like dripping oil on the cold side. So much oil that I thought I did a poor job sealing my oil pan and bracing it. Everytime I lift my FD, I can see oil ready to drip from it. Could it really be the twins with a blown oil seal? The turbo is relatively low mileage. The engine has about 40k original miles.

Like I said, idle and normal driving, even on rev around 3 to 3.5k, no smoke at all. No sweet smell at all.

Lemme know what you guys think
