Anyone here own the Silver FD, that was invited
to the Speed Channel's Tuner Challenge??

anyways.. Its PPF broke ( go figure)

Just wondering what the specs were on that FD.

 

Yah I saw that last night , didnt even get to see the damn thing run!

 

they were actually just covering this years sport compact car's ultimate street car challange. But yeah they showed them working on it and they got it fixed they just didnt show it run.

 

So was the Silver FD, a Gotham racing FD?? with a 3 rotor??

I thought they said the name demetrious (sp)....i thought i saw someone on here with the same name. I could be wrong though, because i was trying to watch the show and pay attention to my gf at the same time. That 7 looked mean as hell when they showed it taking off from the line.

 

Yeah it was Marks car, the same one from the link above. They were calling for the Rx-7 but Marks car had a broken "torque arm", i thing thats what its called.

 

damn i wanted to see it, reruns are only wed night and one time on thursday..

next week will be a new episode..

I could have sworn I saw a shot of the engine bay, and wasnt a LS1. I could be wrong

pretty much the new episodes for this show is 7:30pm on wed..then they have 2 more reruns that night and one more on thursday night..if you miss both days, you wont see it til LAAATTER on..

 

i didnt even know about this show? is it good? i pretty much only watch the EU rally on speed vision. i hate nascar.

 

the show is pretty good, not like tuner transformation where 2 of the guys there have no clue on what their talking about..

the guy brings the parts in and shows his fellow mechanics and is like, "look what came in.." and the other guy is like what is that, part of the roll bar? and he's like no, its a customized front strut bar..
