2 mm seals vs 3 mm seals

what are the major differences in the seals. i thought about running a NOS after my rebiult but i heard that 3mm seals break faster then 2mm. the NOS kit is optional i still had a unverisal kit from my honda so i thought about useing it. the main question is whats teh differences? i am think if 3mm is better then why dont everyone just get it instead of 2.

why do you want to run NOS? thats almost always a bad idea.

if u have a stock reman use the 2mm.

from what i have read its just difficult to get the timing right and stuff, tuning is always hard. If you want more power get a bigger turbo!
