I have a hks ti. racing exhaust.

Im getting the rb dual tip.. My exhaust is way to loud.

Does anyone know that if the racing beat dual tip can handle a big single turbo like a t04r without losing too much power at high end?

I don't know why everyone thinks the RB exhaust is so restrictive....it is a straight-through design. It just has better sound attenuating properties than most other exhausts (which is why it is larger and heavier).

There are lots of guys running a T04 or similar turbo with the RB exhaust -- Vosko (T78), and I believe Wargasm (T04S) are two examples. Hell, even Jimlab is going to be running one with his 650 rwhp V8....
