Question Should I consider this car?

Hey, Im new to this side of the forum. Im looking to buy an FD... upgrade from my old FC. anyway i found one on autotrader today that looks like a good deal... problem is it wont start. here's the writeup:
-1993 Mazda RX-7 Twin-turbo, 5 speed manual, dark green exterior, tan leather interior,I just buy this car for 3month ago stock and have put over $10,000 dollar in upgrade .The problem with the car is that it will not start ,maybe it need a motor or starter or something wrong with the electrical i dont know it just die on me on the way home and I was just driving normal and all the power just went out and I cannot start it again .The motor is new and only have about 5k miles on it ,it been rebuilt by ATKIN Rotary with state 2 street port and 3MM apex seal ,i dont think is the motor problem because it just been tune 3week ago .-

does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be? is it worth looking into? im working on getting a loan this week. i appreciate any input.

Also, being A LOT more specific about your problem will help people diagnose what's wrong. What are you doing when it dies, what sounds, readings are you getting, what you have checked so far, what mods you have, and stuff like that.

Heh, I just saw that car on autotrader too. I was thinking that would feel sorry for whoever buys it and turns out spending Mass money to fix it. BUT it may be something simple, he didn't sound too knowledgeable so you might be lucky.
