When i am driving it hard and get up into the 4500 to 5000 rpm im getting this wooshing sound like an air intake with no filter or disconnected vaccum line. but i have checked and nothin seems out of place. It is also keeping my second turbo from spooling. If u habe an idea please help me its aggrevating the hell out me.

check all your hose couplings... sounds like the additional pressure of the secondary is either pushing your CRV or a coupling open.

what does your boost gauge show while all this goes on?

if it mechanical, plug the hose into the UIM via the small plugs on the 'fingers' temporarily.
run the hose through your window to monitor the boost, and let us know the boost pattern.

i know you know this, but the boost pattern will tell everyone the amount of pressure you're losing, thus eliminating potential leaks based on size etc.

Hook your boost gauge up, do a search for the 3rd gear boost test and then come back and let us know what you've found out.

Sounds like your charge relief valve isn't closing. Check to make sure it's vacuum line is attached and then check the corresponding solenoid.

Does the secondary come online if you let off and punch it hard again? (Do this around 6k, so it stays above 4500). If so, order new check valves.

If not, it's still not a bad idea to buy new check valves ;o)

use this to troubleshoot depending on where the issues start-run.
my money is on one of the smaller hoses from your charge releif actuator or charge releif valve not being intact/connected.

Are you using the stock air intake tubes? if so, remove the air filter and make a run. If your problem goes away, you need to replace the tube. When they get old they can collapse under boost. The more you press on the gas, the less air you get. Don't drive around without a airfilter though, just remove it to check, then put it back in until you fix the problem.

I've yet to see collapsing intake tubes - I think that could only be an issue with a VERY clogged air filter that's creating a very strong vacuum.

Most likely you're looking at either the 2.75" rubber hose from the Y-pipe to crossover tube is split, or one of the ~1" rubber hoses for the stock BOV's are split or problematic. If you're getting a big woosh noise, you've got a boost leak, plain and simple.
