-----Second turbo Vacume lines-----

Recently I was having an unfindable boost leak with the poor mans non sequential. Thinking the problem was somewhere else I switched back to regular sequential.

Now the problem is only after the second turbo kicks in. The first spools up fine all the way to the chang-over and then i get almost no boost and a loud whistling sound.

Could someone tell me which vacume lines (preferably on the vacume diagram) are preasurized dureing the second turbo operation and not during the first.

All help is apreaciated.

Check the hose to the charge relief valve(Secondary blow off valve).

Check out this site for a color diagram: http://web.newsguy.com/geesaman/vac_...iagram_dlg.jpg

Thanks, i checked most of those lines around there including that one because I had to replace that line when i went back to non-sequential.

could it be a wastegate?

It could be the charge relief valve itself. Swap it with the blowoff valve (they are the same) and see if it holds as a blow-off.

Also check the Charge Relief Solenoid. It can fail, thus never closing the Charge Relief Valve.
