Question Saga continues - some oil in Y pipe

I just picked up my 94 FD from the dealer. Car has 34,000 original kms and no mods (other than cat back). I just had all the fluids replaced (Trans, Diff, Engine, Rad and brake fluid), all coolant hoses, turbo crush washers (minor leak), EGR valve (check engine light) and a few other minor things. I just got home and I pulled off one of the air pipes (to clean the grease spots from it) and I noticed it had oil in it and some in the rear Y pipe. Is this normal? I could swear that when I had it at the dealership they were dry...they had to remove them to get to the EGR valve.

If it's a light film, it's normal.

Btw, if the car still has the stock precat on it, I'd get rid of it asap.

Any recommendation on what I should replace it with? I would like to keep the car as stock as possible. If I had to swap out stock parts, I would prefer to replace it with high quality fit and finish...so what would you recommend?
