Help? Solenoid Valve (isc) Vibrating

Help? Solenoid Valve (isc) Vibrating
Hi has any1 had a problem with the soilniod valve (isc) vibating n3a1
when its cold the car idles fine, but when its warm it sounds like its missing and it wount idle over.
But when the car cuts out the soilniod valve vibators like hell, ive changed it with a spare 2nd hand one and it still does the same......
ive checked that all the pipes are in the rite place but i still cant find out whats wrong?????????
