Please i need advice how to keep the engine reliable and bulletproof for daily 300whp
what to look and keep attention to when tune the engine
Single turbo with elite 1500 is my setup
Oil cooler using single 25row with fan
ewp kit from sake
Fuel parrallel setup with 1050 primary and 1300 secondary
044 pump with 6microglass filter
I still using stock ignition coils with oe igniter
should i upgrade to ls coils from haltech with internal igniter?
please advice me
I agree with what Dale said. In addition, if you really want to be cautious I'd add a simple boost activated water injection system and push a bit of distilled water. It'll help keep internal temps/knock in check while simultaneously reducing carbon build up. Running straight water is an easy choice because it can be refilled virtually anywhere, running a water/meth mix requires more planning if you're traveling.
300whp is easy to attain and safely maintained in a 13B-rew.

Coils will be fine. A good tune is what you need to keep things safe and 300hp isn't pushing the limits, you'll be fine.

dale... is it enough to use 1 oil cooler with 21 row (mocal or pwr) and put 7" fan with it.
since 25 row seems too big and cant fit into my e30 front bumper.

Sounds like you have oil cooling handled. Good quality all-metal radiator with fresh coolant? Hoses? Ways to reliably monitor temps?
I also agree with the water injection when everything else suggested is taken care of.

I have full PWR cooling system on me now.
intercooler radiator, oil cooler
I was thinking using mocal before.. but there some bad review of leaking
so i decided to go with pwr instead since my radiator already pwr.
When using water meth.. how big are the nozzle ?
There is a Auxillary Injection section on this forum with a nozzle sizing formula in the stickys. But for 300 whp, (about 350 crank) I think that formula will call for something close to a M3 nozzle. But that will also depend some on where it’s placed. Those stickys and some searching will probably answer a lot of questions when the time comes

How far along is your project at this point? Do you have the engine mounted in the car?
For your power level stay close to a stock RX-7 as far as cooling system - look for a similar sized radiator and oil cooler. Many people have RX-7's making around 300hp with a stock radiator and single oil cooler. Keep things simple. I have a feeling there's a lot more complicated parts in your project than what oil cooler to use.

Yes engine is mounted.. R152 trans is mpunted. ACT clutch mounted.. everything setup completed. Prop shaft also mpunted and ballanced. I just need to put LSD from m3 into my car. Haltech is going wired soon as the radium fuel setup come.
yes finally im going to use the single setrab 25 row fan pack kit.
intercooler unfortunately i have to use slight smaller due to space.
but i got PWR radiator that is pretty big.
044 bosch pump installed. Filter im going rafium 6 microglass
Mpr from radium also purchased.
The one thing i still thinking is.. water pump.
The engine came with air pump delete from petit
Will I able to maintain the stock water pump? Because I saw there is R series water pump
then i saw also ewp kit from sake and turblown.
i think its the best option for me.. since the engine bay is crowded and will keep alot heat soak.. because e30 body is not having a good ventilation for air circulation.
coilover are BR series from BC
brakes i installed the ap racing cp5200
dash i installed IC7 because ecu is haltech.
i still in betwern on pedestal. Should i go with full function, banzai, or sake.
any help on this dale..
LOL love seeing a rotary swapped into a BMW!
Do you have a local tuner experienced with tuning rotaries? That is going to be the critical factor since piston engine tuners often like to increase timing until they hear a ping and then back it off. THat doesn't work with rotaries... https://www.hpacademy.com/blog/rotar...rotary-engine/

If I were you I would strongly consider picking up an idler pulley and changine your belt routing around the WP pulley. Currently you have the belt routed on the wrong side.

Sorry tO dissapoint you guys.. but i am pretty good tuner here.. with mainline awd1200 dyno.
and i also have funed sevsral rotaries before.
but the engine are fully build inside. This engine are a pretty stock and i never open the engine.
also hpacademy i already their vip since long time.
Taken their courses.
I also have tune rotary since e11 haltech i think. Or e6k.. i forgot. Its been long time.
hehehe.
Thanks for the love. i am a bmw car club member. So most of the car inside garage are build bmw.
on the left.. is e46 silver with 2jzgte GT35 turbo.
Any of those options are good. Just pick what you like, what fits what you are doing, and your budget. All 3 are quality products.
Looks like you've made a lot of progress!

Thanks dale..
I usually goes with banzai.
I want to go with sake.. but heath friedland is too busy with his family matters.
so i would probably go with Full functiom or maybe back to banzai

That is why i also asking about the ewp kit.
i am planning to run ewp since the traffic jam here are common. Car can sit idle for 1-2 hours.
that is why i havent toich the belt. Sorry if you just following my build. Sure this will catch you up.
