MSD Ignition Setup ?
I'd like to upgrade my ignition setup. I was wondering if anybody knows how to setup this configurations.
I'd like to have 4 msd HVCII coils and a MSD DIS 4. Does anybody know how I would wire this?
Thanks

What kinda car?
For one, you can't use the DIS-4 to fire all 4 channels.  The DIS-4 wants to see a sequential-firing, evenly spaced input, which the RX-7 does NOT do.
You can use a single channel DIS box for the leadings, split into two coils, and run a DIS-2 for the trailings.

Thanks Ted
I have 94 FD with a Single Turbo GT 35/40. I was thinking of putting 4 individual coils and having the Dis 4 amplifying all for coils. Do you think this will work?

Just go with 3 or 4 MSD 6al boxes. Those coils are good but i would say save your money and go with FC coils. Crispeed uses this setup with Meoh adn boost levels upwards of 30psi. We are building my car now with 600hp to the ground in mind and this is the way we are going. Soul Assassin, etc also uses this setup. I have a thread going in the single section about this as well, if you want to check it out/
