S6 RHD/LHD wiring differences?

So I'm taking my car to have a remote start & alarm installed, its a RHD 95. Curious as to if anyone who might have looked at RHD and LHD series 6 cars would know if the wiring is done/colored differently? I would imagine they would be basically the same for the most part, but wanted to double check.

I wouldn't count on colours being much the same. Version III domestic v the export cars even had minor differences, but they're far more alike than lhd last I looked.

Majority of electrical issues here are caused by aftermarket alarms fitted by the brain dead too, working as alarm and stereo pros....scotch locks a specialty!

PLEASE PLEASE don't do it. EVERY CAR I've ever seen with a remote start/alarm system has had MAJOR electrical gremlins. It's not worth it. Battery drains, car randomly trying to start itself, car not starting at all, you name it. And these were professionally installed systems.

If you just want remote unlock, there are some simple and clean remote unlock kits out there.

I have the OEM keyless on order from yahoo japan, waiting for it to hit stateside. My biggest concern is being able to track the car when I'm not near it. I've had a few remote starts installed and haven't had an issue with them (though those were on automatic transmissions for friends/family.) I know the process is different for a manual transmission, and the installer is MECP master certified, so I'm a bit more confident going into it. Also helps that BestBuy is on the hook for the install liability, plus I went with a system I'm familiar with, hopefully it works out okay.
