Nothing I know online. Au rhd diagrams (UK seem to share same), are available - have some extracts from late S6 supplement on computer.

There are differences with Japanese market, believe hwnd(?) was trying to organize something for those....lack of enthusiasm from tight-fisted owners appeared overwhelming.
