rx7 oil???

I have a 93 stock rx7 but i auto x on weekends what is the best oil to run in a well abused rx7????

good god, please use the search function. You will find over a hundred threads debating which oil to use. If you don't want to mess with that, just put in 10w30 dino juice, like the owner's manual says to.

a high milage motor i would go for the thick stuff like 20w50.

i run the **** outta my FD and use valvoline 20w50 VR-1 Racing oil and so far my blown engines were NOT due to oil problems.

can't go wrong with synthetic. mOBIL 1 IS THE BEST
NO QUESTION. OIL WILL NOT WRECK YOUR FD, MODS, A HOT FOOT, AND BAD LUCK ARE THE END TO IT.
