Boost Problem, no secondary boost?

I just installed my new engine and turbos about 2 weeks ago and it fired right up on the first try and idles great. I get fine boost on the primary @ 13psi then rpms get around 4500-5000 and the boost drops all of the sudden so the seconday isnt commin in. Any of you guys know what could be the main problem. My check engine light is also on. I did a full hose job on the new engine also.

First, check the engine codes.

Next, check that you have the one-way checl valves that lead to the UIM and especially the one to the pressure chamber pointed in the right direction.

Make sure all your grounds and conectors are pluged in and tight. Sounds like you might have missed something.

Check the y pipe coupler and the Charge control valve and see that it is not sticking.

check the pills in the lines that run to the wastegate and pre-spool control actuators. thats what my problem was. whoever replaced the engine just put regular vacuum lines in.

Well, I did a complete hose job this weekend . Found a few hoses that looked like they could have been leaking but I doubt it. Also put on a 99 y-pipe. Still have the same problem. Also checked check valves, presure tank, ??? Also have low vacuum at idle, like 11-12 hg instead of 17-19.
