rx7 motor

im trying to learn about rotary engines and my uncle is giving me a 95 rx7 with a blown motor..how do i fix it??

Well considering he'll have to get a motor and pay someone R&R it won't exactly be free ;p

buy a rebuild video and do it yourself. its just really time consuming

True, but a free FD body is still something to be proud of.

1) Read the FAQ thread. It's a sticky in this forum. Pay attention to discussions of rebuilding. Also download the factory service manual.
2) Run a search for threads started by Bobfish. He's done not one, but TWO huge documentations of an engine rebuild in his own one-car garage.
3) Buy a rotary engine rebuild video/dvd. For $30 you will get a really good understanding of how to do it, plus all the details.
