What's your looking price for an RX (in addition to your modification budget)? You might be just as wise to buy one of the already tricked out ones that are for sale on here if you have the loot.

A 17-year old with 25-40k to blow on a car, huh?
Since you know nothing of these cars, your best bet would be to buy a clean car, take it to a good shop, tell them your budget and what you are looking for, and let them go to town.
