rough idle after replacing coupler

ok here it goes:

replaced a torn IC coupler because of boost leak. let the car warm up, and went to get my sister from school. car was at 85 degrees C on the pfc commander. smashed on the accelerator for a bit to see if i get my 10 psi back. hit about 11 psi no problem. a couple seconds later i pull up at a stop. THEN I NOTICE MY CAR IS IDLING RETARDED. idles at about 740 - 760, no biggie. but it feels like it's idling at 500- 600 rpms. car doesnt die, 1st gear at rough up until i get to 2000 rpms. all gears are smooth, boost is still strong, and no smoke. I'm praying to god that a vacuum hose popped off since my car hasnt seen 10 psi of boost for about a month now. any ideas anyone? i just hope i dont need a rebuild. (im at 60000 mi.)

vacuum is at 410 - 420 mmHg (approx. 1.8 inHg) at idle and about 380 - 390 mmHg when the fans turn on (approx. 1.5 - 1.6 inHg).

check all your vaccum hoses like you said. If you can't find anything that popped off it could be numerous things, but check the obvious things first. If all else fails, compression test.

well, took the 7 to rotary power, and just as i feared, i have a chipped apex seal.

ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GO TO GET MY MOTOR TAKEN OUT (for a good price, or if someone is willing to help me take it out myself =D....)?!?!
i dont wanna get charged 1500 bucks for R&R. the rebuild alone is costing me an arm and a leg.

You're better off to ask for help / recommendations in the regional sections.
