The previous owner doesnt know niether do I but I want another one for the driver side because of the chip. I thought they looked cool by the way the car is a93 VR R1.
What is chipped?
Those taillights are custom, using the same method people use to simulate 99 spec taillights. Someone took them apart, and used a stencil and spraypaint to paint all but the "rotor" black, then put them together. If the paint is chipped inside, you could probably get some sort of paint remover and take it all off (not sure if that would scar the plastic though), or just get a used set of regular tail lights.

Actually, thinking about it...you could just separate these lights and remove the inserts then put these inserts into whatever tail light housings you buy to replace this one. That'd be the easiest way to go, if you want to keep the rotor tail lights.
