All you need is the outer clear lens as that's all I can see that's chipped.
You can't just rip it off though....you have to heat it with a heat gun and slowly pull it off so the glue can seperate. It can take a little bit, but if you pull to hard to fast, it will crack. Then you need to seal it back up because if it isn't tight, moisture can get in there and cause your lens' to have a foggy/hazzy look to them over time, or just look like *** every time you wash the car.

I am working with the guy sent one payment and waiting for him to send the title then i have a shipper picking it up saturday. It is way out of state in iowa so it is going to be around next week here are a few pics. The guy says he thinks it has a blown coolant seal but it runs good other than that but for $6500 i could not pass it up.

Not ripping on your purchase in anyway, but I just don't understand why when people are trying to sell something for thousands of dollars, that they only bother to wash the paint and leave the rest dirty/stained. Mine was dirty when I got it as well, just needed a couple hours of care and it looked 5 years newer.
You guys need to take better care of your damn cars.

If the chip is on the smoked plastic cover piece then all you have to do is find a good condition used one (or pair) remove the cover piece and replace the chipped one. The cover piece would have to be removed to custom make the rotor design any way so save your self some time and money. There's plenty of threads on how to do the conversion (stock to 99 spec) that instructs on how to disassemble the lights.
