Question Rotary Speed Magazine

I searched and there was nothing on the mag in this section of the forum.

How many of you have seen Rotary Speed Magazine? Is it worth subscribing to? 5 bucks an issue isn't bad at all for a niche publication.

Here's the website:

http://www.rotaryspeed.com/

and one thread here on this forum I found where the Publisher posts about it:

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...speed+magazine

This was brought to my attention when a friend and customer sent me a text to let me know my FD was pictured in the most recent issue (thanks Davin!).

Sounds like you don't have much to lose if you try it. They advertise that they'll refund you value of the remaining issues if your not satisfied.

I have issue #1. It's not as good a read as it is a collector's item in my opinion. Mine went straight in a plastic sleeve. I could have sworn I reconized your car from the cruise article ! You won't be disapointed if you subscribe although there is at least 2 rx8s for every 1 rx7 .........boo

Its tough times these days.. I've tried to do a magazine but just don't have enough time and support. We did one issue and have one more sitting in idle right now.

Those of you who want to check it out, you could download for free: R CC Digizine dot com

I have a copy of the first issue... It was ok. I have always looked at Barnes and Noble every time I go in and I have yet to see another issue... It must be hard to produce such a reader-specific with a fairly small, yet devoted, client base. Hopefully we will see more in the future..

I think someone could make some good money off how-to's w/ good instructions/comments/photos on a website and charge for access.

Print is dead.
