Arrow rotary extreme's N1 sideskirts?...

i am looking at rotary extreme's N1 sideskirts located here: http://www.rotaryextreme.com/fdindex.html, then click Aerokit / Exterior / Hood, then click Rotary Extreme Aero Products, then scroll down to N1 body kit. they are only 250 a pair but it says they require modification to fit. can anyone chime in on what this "modification" is?

The modification is that they will not fit the car as one piece, they are about 1/8th inch short and need to be cut @ the fender/door jam, no big deal.
