3rd Gen Base Model=Dual Oil Coolers?
Did the base model have an option for Dual Oil Coolers? I thought the USA spec FD's for Dual Oil Coolers only came in the R1 and R2 packages?

Although your question's already been answered, thought I'd chime in and say:
1) It's very common nowadays for people to mix and match things. Remove cruise control, remove bose base tube, etc. Add a second oil cooler, put on an R lip, put on the R strut bar, etc etc.
2) In an auto, what appears to be a 2nd oil cooler is actually the tranny cooler. It's easy to tell the diff because R models only came in manual
