Rotary Extreme dual 25 row oil coolers installed

Finally got it installed, thanks to Tyler AKA Rynberg for the pics of the install, it was a much easier install than I expected.

Nice Kai, glad you got it all done. Was it tricky to install the lines/t-stat with the v-mount?

It was'nt that bad actually, the lines just stay right by the swaybar and out of the way of the fans, preety much the same way it is mounted with a the radiator in the stock location.

looks great! is there anyway to install them without having to hack off the ends of the bumper support, though?

I think he did that so that his bumper would clear.

You do not have to hack up anything to install the kit, except for a little chunk out of the undertray to clear one line. The rebar modifications there are for the bumper install.

Looks very nice. Have you been monitoring oil and coolant temps, for before and after comparisons?

Unfortunately I was not able to monitor temps, I figured that it would be considerably cooler now, there are some threads where they have monitored difference in temps after install..

I know this is an old thread, but im having difficulties installing this kit on a factory car with stock...everything

I have all the old lines out, the cooler cores are secure and im having the hardest time finding a way to have the thermostat housing and all the lines installed...the housing will not want fit in the area infront or beside the AC unit and is getting to close for belts as well as lenth of the line to connect to the oil filter pedistal is not long enough

Unfortunatly, it seems that Rynberg does not roam around the forums anymore. Ben (RotaryExtreme) seems to have not been online for quite sometime as well, how odd. PM me if you want Ben's contact information, he's a really good friend of mine and I'm pretty sure he will be more than happy to help.
