On the road FINALLY! Pics

I finally got the car registered and insured after 17 long months of work in my spare time, in between customers, and late night work. I bought it demolished, basically belonging in a scrap heap. It had 32k original miles, but had bosy damage on all panel, all glass was broken including headlights, roof was destroyed, interior was demolished as well, I rebuilt this car with my father who was a mechanic for 40 years. Pics of it before and now are at, the last photos are the newest http://briefcase.yahoo.com/therock_us_2000 Here are the latest pics, ill get engine shots next week. Just wanted to say thanks to all who helped with parts I needed here and there. It still isnt done but its close.

its a clean title, the car never had any damage report to it, and it was fixed properly, no bondo, etc.

Great to hear that. I admire the work you put into it. It's always good to hear stories like this. Have a great time with the car.

That looks so good man. I love it even more because you brought it back from the way it looked. How much did you pay for the car itself when you bought it? It's looking very good!

How did you do this?

Did you use new panels?
Or did you repair the sheet metal?

Curious since I am about to undertake a restoration project(a Chevy)

only the roof was replaced, it had to be, the damage cant even be seen that was done to that. Every thing else was heated and massaged, and the holes were welded shut and sanded smooth, thats part of the reason the project took so long
