Based on his posts I like Eric---he seems to be a likeable guy.
Having said that, i purchased a wideband from him back in 2001 that arrived in non-working condition, box in great shape and no apparent shipping damage. He was great with responding to emails until a problem surfaced, then nothing, zip, zilch, zero. He was incommunido. I ended up spending $200 of my own money to have it repaired. Such is life I suppose......
