anybody know where these go to?

 

That is how they are supposed to be.
The plug is shown below on the dark Blue manifold that feeds the (i) wastegate control and (j) turbo pre-spool control solenoids on manual transmission cars. Hard to see, but if you click the image and click the (+) to make the image larger you will see it.
The empty pipe is shown in Red and noted.

 

So the red caps are the empty line

 

And then I found this empty line

 

Im using that same diagram to help guide me, but damn it's a little confusing

 

And then this plug I have no idea where this goes to, it was unplugged when I was taking the UIM off.

 

That seems like the egr plug ? Correct me if I'm wrong.
