replacing oil lines
i bought an fd last year. 47k miles with 1k on warrantied engine. jiffy lube didn't put oil back in the car (it was a free oil change). engine overheated and i had to have most irons and housings replaced and rotors.
the car was suppose to be ready today and he (im not revealing who at this point) told me that all the oil lines might have to be replaced.
does this sound right? can the overheat or lack of oil damage the lines?
would it be worth while to get stainless steel lines while im at it?
its a daily driver that will have 400hp max on bnr twins.

Are you talking about the oil metering pump lines or the oil cooler lines?
Either way they shouldn't be affected by running the car with no oil.
If the engine won't build oil pressure, something is REALLY wrong with that engine or your method for determining oil pressure is bad.
