Relieving fuel pressure?
Hey all,
Apologies if this is a simple question but I don't seem to be able to get an answer on the UK forums.
How do I relieve the fuel pressure so I can remove the engine? Last car I had you pulled a fuse then tried starting the car a few times.
Not sure if it's the same on the FD and if it is which fuse?
Any help most appreciated!
Paul.

Start the car, and then pull the fuel pump fuse while the car is running. It will stall. Once it stalls, just pop open the gas cap and the pressure should be gone.
To be honest, there's not that much fuel spillage if you don't release the fuel pressure before pulling the engine.
