Start the car, and then pull the fuel pump fuse while the car is running. It will stall. Once it stalls, just pop open the gas cap and the pressure should be gone.

To be honest, there's not that much fuel spillage if you don't release the fuel pressure before pulling the engine.

Remember to leave the gas cap loose while the engine is out or pressure will build in the tank and relieve itself out the loose fuel lines.
