reliability question on 320rwhp.

am I stressing the engine alot if i'm pushing 12psi for 320rwhp?

How about a single turbo? will a single turbo car pushing 12psi last longer than 2 years without rebuild on average?

This is assuming that most of time you don't see boost.
EG. i only push the car to 5psi most of week and every week i go once to 12psi.

Yeah it would be fine. A single would only be pushing more air. The twins and every other mod, set up the right why are very reliable for 320-360 rwhp.

lower boost on a big turbo is generally less strain than high boost on a small turbo

But 10-14 psi on stock twins is fine. A bigger turbo also creates turbo lag, and most turbos aren't very efficent @ 10 and 12 psi.

if you are running 14+ psi on twins is it wise to go with hybrid or rebuilt turbos like the BNR set ??

Dim,
Your car will be fine. I've been running at that level and above (according to every other dyno I've been on except Pettit's) for well over a year. That includes regular trips to the drag strip, autocross, roadrace and the daily grind.

A single will simply help in terms of exhaust backpressure and underhood temps. And cfm is a more relavent number as opposed to psi.
