it does'nt matter what you use all of these oil's do their job....but I do still like Redline the best though...

I use Neo as well...the reason I know it works better than regular dino is because I was able to do an accurate comparison back to back...

I hadn't received the Neo during my tranny swap, so we filled it with dino oil (forgot the brand) and it was very notchy and almost always wanted to grind 2nd gear especially on cold mornings. After about a week we drained it and filled it with the Neo and it was night and day difference, smooth at all times...I highly recommend it!
