Has anyone puchased any of the rear sway bars that are on the market? I was wondering about the truck tray lid that fits into the stock bar, does it fit with an aftermarket bar? If they don't have those 2 brackets for it to swivel on, it seems like it would just swing around when you open the hatch.

You mean STRUT bar. Yes, the aftermarket ones will not have the hooks for the trunk cover. I have yet to see one still intact. Congrats if your is!
