Hi guys...
Anyone have a pic's of a 3rd gen turbo housing with a ported
Wastegate? Or better a comparison pic. of with and without
porting? thanks jc.

I should be able to help you out. I have my set of stock twins that have not been ported. And I also have the ported manifold from Pettit's upgraded turbo's. The pettit manifold has been tore down but you should still have a good idea. My friend used the old manifold to port on the new manifold I got. You will just have to ignore the cracks.. While enlarging the diameter is important, pay particular attention to smoothing the radii of the wastegate hole, this can increase flow tremendously and not many people do it.

I had mine cut out to 1.25" and 0.55" deep. It seems to work really well. Sorry no pictures.
