Then the two hoses that are disconnected, I need to hook them up. The two disconnected hoses are going to replace the hoses that are marked by the red and blue dot in your picture correct?
The blue hose should be disconnected and capped off on both ends (save this hose since it probably has a pill in it). There should be a hose connecting the 2 nipples in the pic I posted (the one with the red and blue dot). Disconnect it and hook up the 2 long hoses to the associated nipples on the solenoid (double check your manual to verify correct ports).

I can't remember ever hearing a clicking sound. If the controller isn't tuned properly your boost can do all sorts of things (drop, spike, drop after transition, etc.) If the solenoid was malfunctioning you would only be able to achieve 7 psi IIRC.

Sorry I can't be of more help. There are plenty of threads out there about the profec boost controller if you search.

Oh I finally understand now. Lol, looking at it right now there is one hose connecting the two, so I need to take those off and have one of the disconnected hoses go to one and the other to the other correct?

Then that blue hose needs to be taken out and the holes need to be plugged correct?

Where do I get a plugged hose though?

And when taking the hoses off, do I just pull them off and same with connecting them? Just push them on?

Not sure exactly what you're saying. Just follow the link I posted showing version 1, reread everything I've written until it's clear.

Kragen's has some "HELP!" products that have nipple caps.

Yep, how else you gonna do it?

Alright, so I hooked up the hoses and everything (man it's hard to work in those small spaces) and the controller seems to be working I think. I did a few runs and right now I think I have my gain at 60%, set at 14ish, setgain I can't remember and then I had my warning at 10.5psi and I told it to kill boost 99% if I hit 10.5. Now I did some runs and the primary turbo is okay, getting the 10psi, then when my 2nd turbo kicks in, it's spiking around 12 almost 13psi. Also, the push of the turbos don't seem to feel that strong with the controller hooked up. I know this is all because of tuning, but I need help with that now lol. Do you remember your settings Jason?

Alright, so tonight I went out for some runs to tune the boost better since there is no more traffic. I set my gain at 37%, set at 1%, setgain at 7, warning at 12, and then 99% killing. Did a few runs on these settings car wouldn't go higher than 8-9psi. Did some adjustments and basically ended the night with 60% gain, set at 3% I think and everything else the same. Did some hard runs and car pulled pretty good in 3rd/4th on the highway. Highest rating that the controller recorded was 11.8psi which is a lot better than 13-14psi like I was getting before. I should be safe correct?

When I pickup an ECU, I'll probably increase my gain and decrease the set to try to run 11-12psi. Is that the way you increase boost with the controller? I know the instructions said if you're spiking, lower the gain 2%.
