Random gauge lights

Randomly, I get the add coolant, oil press warning, charge light and 4w ABS Light flickering together in the same pattern when driving. I can clearly see that I have solid 13.8-14v charging, Good oil pressure from after market gauge and solid water temps.

I'm guessing this is an issue with leaking capacitors/electrolyte material dripping down across the traces on the gauge cluster circuit board? I've already had this thing repaired once and while the odometer was fixed, I guess nothing else was. Any other ideas?

Typically if you have an alternator failure all the idiot lights on the cluster will light up. There could be something with that. It ties into the voltage regulator circuit (the 2-wire plug) to the alternator.
