I put in 5 point belts with stock seats. The lap belts I bolted in to the stock rear seat bolts but used eye bolts to clip in and out the belts. The y or submarine belt is bolted to the stock front seat bolts. The shoulder harness is attached to the rear stock strut tower brace. I know this is not structurally sound but I only use it to keep me from sliding in the seats on the track. I also for safety purposes wear the stock seat belt over it.
Hope this helps,
Mark

I've got a similar setup to Mark's, but for my shoulder straps, I replaced the rear strut tower bar with a beefy strut tower/harness mounting bar from M2. You get new strut tower mounting plates and the new bar. The bar lets you use bolts or eyebolts (this is what I use).
