Exclamation Racing Engines???

I am wanting to know where is the best and cheapest place to buy a new engine??? I am wanting to get a new eingine with the street port and 3mm Apex seals.... Is there anyone that can help me out here???? Thanks a bunch!!!! Seth Oh, and oil... (just got my baby) synthetic or non-synthetic??? I've heard good and bad about both....
