Racing Beat rear Sway Bar Bushing
I just fisnished installing the Racing Beat Rear Sway Bar. However, the bushings that came with the bar appear to be slightly too small, and there is a big gap in the bushing after I screwed on the oem bar bracket. Please see photos. Is this normal?

very strange, I just installed mine and did not have that problem
make sure you use the grease, or they will creak over every pebble like you wouldn't believe
also be sure you put the "bend" on the left side

one side of the sway bar has a curve or bend in it to clear the floorpan, make sure it's on the left side of the car (passenger side) or it will rub and make more creaking noises

Many thanks, Nitro500Express. I'll check tomorrow. I have a RHD fd coz I live in Hong Kong. Will this be the problem? Coz my passenger side is on the left. Can the bar be installed the wrong way round?

ha, oops! did not notice you were outside the U.S.
anyway, it should not matter because the floorpan layout of the car will not change....when you are under the car you will notice a "bulge" in the chassis; the sway bar needs to clear that....just check the tolerances before you get it bolted up
btw I think this sway bar does stiffen up the back of the car pretty nicely compared to the wimpy stock bar on the Touring...the R1 supposedly had a bigger rear sway bar
