Thumbs up Racing Beat catback IS awesome!

Well, all those that recommended the RB catback were absolutely correct, it is an extraordinary unit!
Top notch materials, welds, finish....beautiful!

Heh, did you hit the wrong "thumbs" button?

Just wait til you drive the car, and dip into some boost...one of the best exhaust notes I've heard.

How does it stack up gainst the new Greddy Titanium exhaust? I have Apexi right now, but when I remove the cats and install the new downpipe, I may get a new setup.

I've got there exhaust on our FC.(n/a) It sounds awsome. And the quality like bajaman said is great. Is there a clip of this exhaust in the sticky?( If not will you make one ?).....Bajaman, Do you have a mid,and/or DP as well? Also anybody with a single set-up use this exhaust? (I want something other than the Apexi GT Sounds OK but too damn loud! )

BigIslandSevens -

I have the stock main cat and a Pettit stainless downpipe. I can post a sound clip once I finish installing, I took the exhaust back off last night as I need to replace the studs coming out of the main cat.

I have DP/MP/RB dual tip, and sound is beautiful @ vacuum, and raucous @ full-tilt boogie

BTW, I believe the black bracket should be showing when viewed from the back, not hiding. You might have that black bracket hooked up to the canister wrong. Fellow RB dual tip owners correct me if I'm wrong.

I have a video of mine at http://tom93r1.kicks-***.net:8080/vid/RB.AVI

It really doesnt do the Racing Beat justice as far as the sound goes.

My exhaust consists of down pipe, high flow, and the RB.

why does racing beat switch the logo on the exhaust tips all the time. The one above looks"sandblasted" while the right tip on mine is "embossed", and the left side is like above. Any answer? I'll try to post some pics

Because RB has changed sources for their mufflers from RS*R to in-house, etc.

My RB dual-tip has etched "RB" into each exhaust tip, full stainless, and the tips are slightly different. Canister is stainless, as well.

Either way, they're all nice.

Manifest destiny is single turbo. But not right at this moment.

When I do, yes, I'll still use the RB.

I picked up a Dual tip from RB when I was out there during SevenStock 6. It is allot quieter than my custom Borla XR-1 race setup. (Which is for sale now!) Everyone that has heard the RB Dual on my 20B loves the new sound! It has a more exotic/Ferrari-esque type of exhaust note now. And looks much better as well.

just picked mine up for 400 shipped. It had 500 miles on it but I wouldn't have known any better if the guy told me it was new. I'm using it with dp/mp and a holset single. Can't wait to hear it/ drive it.

I think that sounds awesome, how much different is the tone with a stock cat on there as opposed to the hf cat that you have on there in the video? anyone know?

It is a one side rubber/one side steel hanger, so it works best to have the steel on the outside where the bolts go thru so you aren't digging into the rubber side.
