If your interested in a Modified 2nd/3rd Gen Tranny I can help you out if your interested let me know. I modify them for my own drag race application. Basically what we do is rebuild the tranny and put larger bearings and turn the stock tranny into a semi-clutchless unit. The tranny is still streetable but, you can bang the gears all day long. You still need the clutch but, you don't have to push it all way down to the floor to speed shift. I ran a setup like this with a turbo drag car and now the same type of modified tranny is in a all motor setup I just completed.

- clutch fork (stronger to last longer and/or handle heavier PPs)
I suggest you get these parts installed, and then wait to see if you grind it up. If so, then maybe worry about upgrading it.

how hard it would be to make a bellhousing to hook the camaro/firebird/viper/cobra tranny to the 13b
- an adapter plate to bolt the transmission bellhousing to the engine
- a clutch that matched the spline pattern of the input shaft of the 6-speed
- a flywheel that matched the bolt pattern of the rotary eccentric shaft and interfaced with the starter
- a transmission mount
- get rid of the PPF or find a way to bolt it to the transmission or mount in order to support the front of the differential
- adapt the 6-speed's slave cylinder to the RX-7 clutch master cylinder
- possibly modify the floor pan and center console for shifter location
- shorten or lengthen the driveline as required

They come with bellhousings. The following would be the absolute minimum required...
