Question about sender location install

I did my research, but im just getting links that are not working at all. anyway, I recently purchased a prosport 52mm fuel pressure gauge and oil pressure gauge from a forum member.
I have an idea where i can install them but i wanted to know where is the best location / easy access where i can install the oil pressure and fuel pressure sending units. thanks in advance.

RE-Speed sells an adapter that fits underneath the oil filter that works well for oil pressure and/or oil temp.

I have my fuel pressure sending unit sourced at my aeromotive fuel pressure regulator.

I was thinking about doing the same on the fuel pressure sending unit, did you use a T adapter along the line going to fpr? Ill look into that re adapter. Thanks rich!

+1 I have the RE-Speed adapter and it works well. Very easy install and a great quality product. It come tapped for two sending units fyi. I don't think mine came with a bolt to block off the extra hole if you are not mounting a pressure sensor as well so keep that in mind.

Glad I can help

My aeromotive FPR had a smaller port meant for an in-engine bay gauge, but I screwed my sending unit directly into that. Nice and clean and less clamps/joints/failure points.

Make sure for the oil px/temp sending units that you use teflon tape and make sure they're very tight..... it's easy to develop a leak at those points due to the high oil px our cars see.

The sandwich adapters work, but they raise the oil filter up to make it a little more difficult for R&R. Some people use taller oil filters which will not fit using a sandwich adapter.

sorry for thread resurrect, but I didn't want to start a new one.
I have my oil temp sensor wired & ready to go but need to find an adapter for it. Is the RE-Speed adapter the easiest option still? I wasn't able to find it on their site so I wanted to double check. Also, I think I saw a complete mazdatrix pedestal replacement that had a hole for a sensor awhile ago, but can't find it again either.

Not that I'm biased, since I have one but IMO the Re-Speed pedestal is the best option. You might ping him here (Username "Re-Speed.com") and see if he's up for making another run of them.

Off topic question, what are the specs on your rear wheels? Any fender mods? I like that stance
