The injector cleaner isn't a problem, however I wouldn't suggest the motor/oil cleaners.

Pull the injectors out and send them to be cleaned/flowtested by one of the reputable vendors on here that provide the service. Or buy a set that has been gone over. That is the only way to do it properly. Running injector cleaner shouldn't hurt but you never know if it is actually doing anything.

Regane and Techron also help de-carbon the combustion chamber.

I've been using the same injector cleaner every 4k miles for my 4+ years of ownership. During my last rebuild, I was told my by rebuilder that my injectors were fine.

As for the motor flush, or at least running good clean oil,
Change the oil and filter every 3000 miles and oil change (no filter) after 1500 miles.
Keeps the oil in the motor good, and compensates for the oil left in the oil cooler.
