Question about ebay intercooler

Does this look like a good intercooler? The core is 25x9x3.

Its on ebay right now and I was wondering if its worth the money.

So is it any good? it says in the description
removing or cutting the bumper support is required though
Is that the big metal bar that goes across the front welded to the frame.
The metal bar on the bottom of this pic?

The big metal bar across the front of the car is strutural. The smaller one on top is not. That FMIC requires cutting the one you shouldn't cut...

that kit is also using 2.5 inch pipes...I don't know how much of a difference that would make but it would be a turn off to me. Stock is 2.75. I use 3 which probably also isn't any better than 2.75 because it has to transition back to 2.75 anyway.

no it doesnt..look closer at the pic you can see the top one is cut like a half circle and you can see the lower one with no cutting.

OK, I looked closer now you should. The larger metal crossbar is not there on the yellow car

Look at the hole in front of the frame rail. On the yellow car it is completely open. On the white front end it is 1/2 covered by the metal crossbar.

See what I'm reffering to?

Another warning sign is that the intercooler couplings have no hose clamps. Sure it could be a pic while the project was in progress but it could also be a sign that it was never used or sucked when it was used.
