Center console the same on auto/Manual

Besides the slot where PNDRL is located on an Automatic shifter console plastic piece - is it the same everywhere else as the manual is ? In other words - can I use an automatic car shifter console piece with a manual shifter ? Will the shifter boot hook up under it somewhere ?

Just checking for an upcoming A to M swap.

The console panel is identical on both automatics and manuals.

Automatics have the PRND21 which is a seperate peice attached to the tunnel. (removable)

The manuals have a leather shiftboot instead with a plstic trim ring for attachment to the console panel's underside via 4 small screws.

Now if only I could find someone looking to part ways with that trim ring for the shiftboot.
